Back in April, I bought several items of the H&M Conscious Collection (which helped me surviving a summer rock festival in style), but I wasn't aware that there was a second one for the autumn. Actually, I was on the H&M website, looking for a sneak peak of the Versace collaboration (not that I'm excited about it...) and I wasn't planning another post on a capsule collection, until I stumbled upon these images. As noted by Fashionologie, "For its second season, H&M's Conscious Collection goes ladylike and bold with eco-minded separates in decidedly nongranola styles". Made me think of Erdem floral pattern. Made me think that I should go to H&M tomorrow.

It is NICE! I was just in there last week and I bought 2 cream silk and cotton blended blouses from the conscious collection line. Let me know if you want me to send pix? One is a high neck blouse with lace appliques, and the lace skirt above is beautifully made! Hope all is well and you are settling back from travelling :)

i think the only pieces i like in this collection are the lace ones. might try to get my hands on that lace skirt.
ReplyDeleteAbout the nowhere collection: got the long white sweater. it's very nice. top fit. but the bottom part isn't as nice. i bought it in medium because i wanted a loose fit. but turns out it looks better more tight fitted i think.. so will try to get a size small/xsmall instead. but i think they're sold out,.
also bought the short burgundy sweater . but it has a boxy fit which i didn't like so much. so i sent that back as well..

I like the tendency right now to go "green" and recycle! It's definitely only positive that such widely known and anticipated brand as H&M promotes it. The designs look also pretty! Love the big eye-catchy flowers and feminine a la D&G lace dresses.
