After weeks of 'digital stalking' on the Zara website (because I later found out that sometimes they restock certain popular items...), my studded mission was accomplished and the biker ankle boots have been warmly welcomed in my wardrobe. No, not by my lovely husband, who is convinced that I'm trying to channel the style of Fonzie's young nephew, Raymond 'Spike' Fonzarelli. I can handle the comparison with Chewbacca, but with a minor character of Happy Days absolutely not.

This necklace is so you! I love how the bright orange beads punched up the neutral outfit! You pulled it all so well together: mix and match of classical + edgy + extravagant! I really, really like this look of yours! And I see a tiny piece of Zara hat;)

AHHHH!!!!! You got them!!! So glad you got those gorgeous moto boots, they look awesome with this outfit. Your coat is beautiful too, and so is that necklace! You are right, that dress in today's post is Silk Dupioni as we call it in the US. And I may just have to find a place for dinner to wear it to as a cruise is not exactly in the cards for my schedule anytime soon...lol! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI think the necklace is what really makes this outfit. Lovely :)
ReplyDeleteI don't love the boots (I tend to agree with your hubby...), but the rest of the outfit looks great on you! L.
ReplyDeleteSeriously loving those boots. The studs look amazing on them. I need more studs in my life! Also, your necklace looks incredible!

I'm sure your personality is lovelier than this delightful ensemble. I'm in favour of the boots - but what catches my "cup of fashion" is the necklace.
ReplyDeleteBe happy this weekend my lovely;-)
Fab outfit, i love the necklace. :)

ReplyDeleteciao,

I - surprisingly enough - love the boots.. follower from Taiwan
ReplyDeleteThe boots look fab! Looks great paired with opaque tights & camel skirt. Love your coat too! xx
ReplyDeleteI love the unexpected marriage of feminine pieces - your wool skirt, and joyously colourful necklace - with such tough-talking boots.
ReplyDeleteIt takes a fashion maverick - and not 'Spike' Fonzarelli, ha ha! - to bring these elements together so beautifully.

really love your outfit ,
ReplyDeletecould you please if they run big?
cause i hesitate between 2 sizes thanks a lot
@Roumy - Thank you for the comment! I'm a 37 and I took this size. It is true that at first it seems a little bigger, but consider that biker boots are not really a 'fitted' model. Hope it helps!
ReplyDeleteThe necklace kicks ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
