NEON

Wearing: Just In Case wool cardigan (similar here), COS wool panel skirt, Tod's grey pumps (similar here), Sophie Hulme Mini Envelop Bag

In the last couple of seasons, we have seen neon popping up everywhere on clothes and accessories. I do not find it an easy trend, but I like this colour challenge as long as we are talking about touches of bright yellow or pink styled with neutrals like camel and taupe. Let's call this post my personal and only tribute to that disturbing fashion decade that was the '80s.

  3. As much as I dislike neon, and I truly do, I must admit I am being sucked in by the bright yellow amd taupe/gray combination. Of course you already know I love this sweater - I had nearly bought it the same night you wore it to our dinner at Le Perroquet :) But I think in this case the best fashionista has it - you wear neon in such an enviably sophisticated way!

    A presto

  8. And it's a beautiful tribute. You managed to keep neon yellow classy & elegant (which is almost impossible to do with neons)! I love your beyond gorgeous bag (I can good remember the post when you introduced it to us:) I fell in love;) And though I love your flats collection, it's nice to see a pair of heels now and then:)

    1. Thank you so much Alexandra! I have to say that my heel collection is pretty limited, especially if compared to the number of flats I own!

  9. Really love this Caterina! I'm not usually a fan of brights, but here paired with the many shades of grey it looks so elegant & effortless, you wear it beautifully. I am still so obsessed with that Sophie Hulme bag too, every time I see it I am more & more tempted to get one myself!
